Clive & Sarah Sibley welcome you to ‘The Tides’, a perfectly located pair of Apartments, situated just a stone’s throw from Porthmellon Beach, and within a very easy walk of Hugh Town & the harbour area. The property enjoys stunning views over Porthmellon Bay towards Tresco - the perfect spot to while away an hour or two watching the comings & goings of visiting yachts and the movements of the St Mary’s Lifeboat, not to mention the setting of the sun in the western sky.
Each apartment enjoys its own juliet balcony and outside space. Comfortably equipped with raffia tables & chairs and BBQ’s.
All bedlinen (Egyptian cotton) bath towels, tea towels etc are provided, as are an iron and ironing board, with hairdryers in each bedroom. There is also full WIFI internet access. All bedrooms and lounges have smart TVs.
Unfortunately we do not accept dogs.
Spring Tide
A first floor, heated, apartment with fantastic views over Porthmellon Beach sleeping two to four people in two bedrooms. One with King Size bed, the other with Zip n Link beds.
Spring Tide is perfect for two people wanting to have that extra bit of space whilst on holiday, or equally suitable for families, or couples wanting to share.
The Apartment enjoys an elevated position, above the beach, and comprises: - Two ensuite bedrooms fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, double oven & washing machine, dining room with seating for six. The spacious lounge has a fabulous juliet balcony which helps to perfectly frame the sea views over Porthmellon Beach and stunning sunsets.
The Apartment is located at the foot of Jackson’s Hill and easily accessed via a gentle driveway.
Comfortable outside seating and BBQ.
Please note that this Apartment can be inter-linked with Neap Tide (The Ground Floor Apartment) if required, sleeping a maximum of six if booked together.

A comfortable, heated, Four Star Gold apartment located on the Ground Floor with superb views over Porthmellon Beach.
The Apartment sleeps 2 with a King Size bed, and has newly fitted large shower room with power shower, fitted kitchen with a washing machine , dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave. The comfortable lounge / diner has a fabulous juliet balcony with sea views.
The Apartment can be inter-linked with upstairs, if required, providing accommodation for up to six.
