The Apartment enjoys an elevated position, above the beach, and comprises: - Two ensuite bedrooms fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, double oven & washing machine, dining room with seating for six. The spacious lounge has a fabulous juliet balcony which helps to perfectly frame the sea views over Porthmellon Beach and stunning sunsets.

The Apartment is located at the foot of Jackson’s Hill and easily accessed via a gentle driveway.

Comfortable outside seating and BBQ.

Please note that this Apartment can be inter-linked with Neap Tide (The Ground Floor Apartment) if required, sleeping a maximum of six if booked together.

Unfortunately from 13th July - 24th August 2027 the apartment will only be available for the maximum occupancy rate of £1995, but for all other dates the Apartment can be booked for two or four people. 
Simply add £365 to the published tariff if the second bedroom is required.
